Medical researchers around the world find that the average amount of fish consumption can dramatically decrease your risk of fatal heart attacks. They found that people who eat fish two times a week reduce their risk of lethal heart attacks.
Fish oil is naturally the richest source of omega-3 fatty acids which helps stable your heart rhythm and reduces artery-clogging triglycerides. Triglyceride is a fat that contains three fatty acids linked to one glycerol molecule. It appears to cool persistent inflammation in the arteries. It also produces a huge drop in blood pressure. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter, synthesized from the amino acid tryptophan that functions in the central nervous system. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that is a catecholamine, like epinephrine and norepinephrine. These are the two brain chemicals that are thought to play a role in depression.
